A candidate must be either:
- A citizen of India, or
- a citizen of Nepal, or
- a subject of Bhutan, or

- Now, go to the ‘Apply’ section on the upper right corner of the screen and click on “Create an Account” and fill in the required details such as nationality, candidate’s name, father’s name, mother’s name, gender, and Aadhar number for verification. (This step is to be done by only those candidates who are new users, candidates who have already created their account for CEN 01/2024 can log in for CEN 01/2024 using the same login credentials)
- Now, input your personal information, such as your email address and a working mobile phone number, and click the verify OTP button.
- An OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number or email address. Enter the OTP in the required column to complete the verification process.
- Now, candidates must create a strong password and input the captcha code displayed on the screen.
- After creating the account, candidates must log in with the password they created in the previous stage.
- The candidates must now complete the application form by entering the necessary and required information.
- If a candidate applies for the position of scribe, he or she must submit information about the scribe.
