Candidates must have achieved qualifying cut-off marks in GATE 2021, 2022, or 2023 in Electronics & Communication (GATE code: EC) or Computer Science & Information Technology (GATE code: CS) along with:

  • B.E. or B.Tech. in the fields of: Electronics or Electronics & Tele-communication or Electronics & Communication or Electrical & Electronics or Information Technology or Computer Science or Computer Engineering or Computer Science & Engineering; from a government-recognized university, college, or institute.

OR

  • Master’s Degree in Science with Electronics or Physics with Electronics or Electronics & Communication or Computer Science; or Master’s Degree in Computer Applications; from a government-recognized university, college, or institute.

IB ACIO (Technical) Selection Procedure

The selection procedure will include:

1) Candidates (10 times the number of vacancies) who have achieved qualifying cut-off marks in GATE 2021, 2022, or 2023 will be shortlisted and called directly for the interview.1000175

  • The candidate has to log out and log in again (for Step II) in order to fill up other details in the application form.

Step II: Re-login, select the category, and fill up the Personal Details and Qualification Details: Upload photo and signature and pay examination fees (if applicable) and “Recruitment Processing Charges (to be paid by all the candidates, irrespective of category, online via SBI EPAY LITE through net banking, debit cards, credit cards, UPI, challan, etc.).

  • After registration, candidate has to login and complete other details in application form like Personal Details, Qualification Details, declaration, etc.
  • Candidates should upload the scanned (digital) image of their photograph and signature.
  • Once the application is submitted, candidates will be automatically redirected to SBI gateway to deposit the examination fee of INR 100 (if applicable) and Recruitment Processing Charges of INR 100 (plus Bank charges, if applicable), to be paid by all candidates through a debit card, credit card, net banking, UPI, challan, etc. The candidate may generate a payment acknowledgement slip for future reference.
  • The e-challan generated after submission of the online application form will be valid for 4 days from the date of its generation.
  • For the purpose of all future references, the candidates are advised to keep a printout of their application form after successful submission

PAY SCALE AND EMOLUMENTS:

The pay scale and CTC will be as follows:

(d) HRA (ranging from 9% to 27% of basic pay, depending upon the
classification of city of posting): X (27%), Y (18%), and Z (9%)
(e) Transport Allowance: Higher TPTA cities (Rs. 3600/- + DA on 3600)
& Other places (Rs. 1800/- + DA on 1800)
(f) Government contribution towards NPS (at 14%): Rs. 6,286/-
In addition to above, other admissible facilities and allowances include.
(i) Cash compensation in lieu of duty performed on holidays, subject to a
ceiling of 30 days.

In accordance with Ministry of Human Resource Development Notification No. 44, dated 01.03.1995, published in the Gazette of India dated 08.04.1995, a degree, diploma, or other credential obtained through open universities or distance education mode will not be accepted for the purpose of educational qualification unless it is recognised by the Distance Education Council for the relevant period during which the candidate acquired the relevant qualification.
