For male Candidates

- Shot put (16 lbs): 4.5 metres in 3 chances
For Female Candidates

SSC CPO Medical Test
The criteria for the medical test are as follows:
- Minimum Near Vision: N6 (better Eye) and N9 (Worse Eye)
- Minimum Distance Vision: 6/6 (better Eye) and 6/9 (worse eye)
- No knocking knees, flat feet, varicose veins or squints in eyes
- Eye standards must be without any visual correction, even with glasses.
