The qualification for RRB Technician Grade I Signal is a Bachelor of Science in Physics / Electronics / Computer Science / Information Technology, or Instrumentation from a recognised university or institute OR a B.Sc. in a combination of any sub-stream of the basic streams of Physics/Electronics/Computer Science/Information Technology/Instrumentation from a recognised university or institute, and RRB Technician Grade III requires Matriculation / SSLC, and ITI from NCVT or SCVT-accredited institutes in the relevant trade (OR) Matriculation / SSLC, and Course Completed Act Apprenticeship in the relevant trade.
